By accessing this website or purchasing any product from Source Research, you agree to these terms. We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time; continued use of this website or future purchases after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree, do not use this site or purchase from us.
1. Research Use Only
All products sold by Source Research are intended exclusively for laboratory research, in vitro study, and analytical purposes. These products are not drugs, dietary supplements, foods, or cosmetics. They are not approved, evaluated, or reviewed by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any equivalent regulatory body. No statement on this website has been evaluated by the FDA. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or condition in humans or animals, and are not intended for human or animal consumption, ingestion, injection, or any clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic use of any kind.
2. Buyer Eligibility
By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity. You are purchasing in a professional, academic, or personal research capacity, and not for resale as a consumable, drug, or supplement. You will not use, or permit any third party to use, these products for human or animal consumption. You are solely responsible for determining whether your purchase, possession, and use of these products is lawful under the laws of your jurisdiction.
3. Assumption of Risk and Indemnification
By purchasing from Source Research, you accept full responsibility for the handling, storage, use, transport, and disposal of all materials received. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Source Lake LLC d/b/a Source Research, its owners, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or related to: (a) your misuse of any product; (b) your failure to comply with applicable law; or (c) any injury or damage resulting from handling or use of the products.
4. Quality Verification
Source Research independently verifies product identity and purity through third-party laboratory testing in addition to supplier-provided certificates of analysis. Certificates of Analysis (COA) reflect results for a specific batch at a specific time and are provided for transparency. A COA is not a guarantee of fitness for any particular purpose and does not constitute a representation that the product is safe for any use beyond the research use described in Section 1.
5. Shipping and Customs
You are solely responsible for ensuring that the products you order may lawfully be imported into and possessed in your jurisdiction. Source Research is not responsible for delays, seizures, or fines arising from customs enforcement, and no refund will be issued for orders seized or destroyed by governmental authorities. You agree to handle and dispose of all materials in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal law.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to your access to, or use of, the site shall be instituted in a state or federal court in California.
